How to Order

Ordering LED Lights online is easy! Follow the below steps to get your order placed today!

All prices displayed on the site are inclusive of VAT.

1. Selecting Your LED Product

Once you have found the product you want please make sure you select the correct options where applicable:

  • Quantity
  • Colour
  • Fitting
Once you have done that then you need to click the "Add to Cart" button
 
2. Cart Updated
When you click the "Add to Cart" button the items will be added to your cart and the Rand amount will update as the below picture illustrates. You can continue shopping for other products or proceed to checkout from this point.
To checkout please click the Rand Amount next to the Cart icon

3. Your Cart
Once you click the "Cart" Icon you will be taken to a summary of your LED Cart, where you can view the items you have selected, add special instructions for your order and update the quantity of your order. Please see below image.
Once you are happy with everything you need to click the "Checkout" button.
 
4. Customer Sign In
Once you've clicked the "Checkout" button you will be take to the Customer or Guest Login page.
If you have ordered from us before you can sign in with your email address and password you used to order previously.
If you are a new client then you need to click "Continue as Guest"

5. Complete your Shipping and Billing Addresses
Once you've signed in or clicked the guest login you will be taken to the Shipping and Billing address screen.
If you have signed in as a returning client your information will be automatically populate the information blocks.
If you are a new client you will need to complete the Email, Shipping and Billing Addresses.
NB!! PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING ADDRESSES NEED TO BE PHYSICAL ADDRESSES FOR HAND COURIER DELIVERY, WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES!
Once you have entered all your details then you need to click the "Continue to Next Step" button.

6. Discount and Shipping Overview
Once you have clicked the continue to next step you will be taken to the the discount and shipping overview.
If you have a discount code you can input it here and click "Apply" - the system will then deduct whatever percentage or amount off the order total.
Please select the correct shipping option. We allow collections in Cape Town from our warehouse, any other area is R80 unless your order is over R1,250 then shipping is free.
Once you have completed that you need to click the "Complete my Purchase" button to go to the payment options.
NB! If you've selected pick up from Cape Town please wait for us to confirm that your order is ready as some items are not kept on hand!
 
 
7. Payment
UPDATE:
EFT payments can now also be done manually from your own Internet Banking. You do not have to use Payfast for this EFT option. Payfast will still need to be selected for Credit Card and other payment options.
Once you've clicked the complete my purchase button you will be take to our secure 3rd party payment processor: Payfast.
Once there you need to complete the required fields and select your payment option from the following 4 payment options available:
  1. Credit Card (VISA or Mastercard)
  2. Internet Banking (EFT)
  3. MiMoney
  4. Ukash
You will then to complete the information for whatever payment option you choose. Payfast will process the payment.
You will then be returned to our shop where you will need to put in a password to complete the creation of your account. This will only be applicable to new clients.
