Confirm system voltage: Verify whether the battery system is 12V or 24V before connection. The controller detects the system voltage automatically at start-up.

 

Check the solar array: Confirm the array is appropriate for the system and remains within the maximum 28V solar voltage for 12V systems or 55V for 24V systems.

 

Allow connection space: Provide clearance for the 70mm × 133mm × 33.5mm enclosure and use suitable 5mm² / AWG10 conductors where required.

 

Test the load output: After installation, check charging, low-voltage disconnect and the selected timer setting. Electrical and solar work should be completed by a qualified person.
