This Victron BlueSolar PWM-Light controller manages charging at up to 5A on 12V or 24V solar battery systems, with automatic voltage detection and low-voltage load disconnect.
The PWM-Light uses automatic 12V/24V system detection and three-stage PWM charging for small solar lighting and backup-power systems. Its load output provides manual control, low-voltage disconnect and a timer, while the IP20 enclosure is intended for indoor vertical wall mounting.

Choose an indoor location: Mount the IP20 controller vertically on a suitable indoor wall, away from moisture and condensation.
Confirm system voltage: Verify whether the battery system is 12V or 24V before connection. The controller detects the system voltage automatically at start-up.
Check the solar array: Confirm the array is appropriate for the system and remains within the maximum 28V solar voltage for 12V systems or 55V for 24V systems.
Allow connection space: Provide clearance for the 70mm × 133mm × 33.5mm enclosure and use suitable 5mm² / AWG10 conductors where required.
Test the load output: After installation, check charging, low-voltage disconnect and the selected timer setting. Electrical and solar work should be completed by a qualified person.
