Mount the dimmer
Mount the dimmer in a dry, well-ventilated indoor location away from direct heat sources to preserve the IP20 rating.

Switch off the LED power supply before wiring; connect the dimmer’s input and output leads, ensuring correct polarity (+ to +, – to –).
Use appropriately sized cables
Use appropriately sized cables capable of handling up to 8A (or 30A for the high-load model) and secure all connections with insulated terminals.
Position the rotary knob
Position the rotary knob at a convenient height and maintain at least 10 cm clearance from other electronic devices to reduce electrical interference.
Gradually turn the knob
After completing the wiring, gradually turn the knob from 0 % to 100 % to establish a smooth soft-start and avoid sudden current spikes.
