01 / BUILT-IN CONTROL
Patrol V2 combines a 50W LED floodlight with a built-in day-night sensor and 3CCT selection. It is a useful starting point for a driveway, entrance or boundary area, subject to the listed IP65 specification and the actual mounting position.

The Red Day/Night Switch is the separate-control route for a suitable existing lighting circuit. Its listed 10A rating still needs to be matched to the connected load, and mains wiring should be completed by a qualified electrician.

Choose a place where the sensor can read changing daylight without being shaded by the fitting.
Use the product's stated IP and installation guidance for the actual outdoor exposure.
Decide whether you need dusk-to-dawn operation, motion activation or a manual override.
Allow for safe wiring, maintenance and a clear route to the panel or fitting.
Mains installation should be handled by a qualified electrician. A sensor does not correct an unsuitable fitting, overloaded circuit or poorly placed light.
