Shipping Costs
- Order Value under R2000 - R99 incl VAT for courier delivery
- Orders from R2000 - Free Shipping
- Please ensure you read our T&C's below
Delivery Times
- We endeavor to ensure all orders are shipped out as soon as possible!
- Please allow 1 - 6 Working Days for delivery.
- If you've selected pick up from Cape Town please wait for us to confirm that your order is ready as some items are not kept on hand!
- In the case of OUTLYING AREAS or LARGE ORDERS, we reserve the right to use any cost effective delivery method. If we are unable to obtain a cost effective shipping rate to your location we will advise you of the additional shipping costs.
- Please note we do NOT deliver to farms. Please ship your order to the nearest Postnet, PEP etc
Delivery Address
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset. Where possible please use a business address for delivery as the courier will not leave a package without signature.
Undeliverable packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.
Order processing
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment reflected in our bank account. Orders placed after 1pm are only processed the following.
